The aim of the article is to present self-stereotype people with homosexual orientation. For this purpose, study involved application Twenty Statements Test developed by Manford Kuhn, used describe oneself and perceive oneself. theoretical basis for considerations theory biculturalism in relation acquisition identity a minority group. It shows process acquiring „biculturalism” orientation, which proceeds opposite direction than ethnic groups. 90 orientation participated study. research material was collected using snowball method. respondents described themselves primarily terms groups categories, results indicate three pillars their identity: sexual gender, sense being human. statements also highlight difficulties they face due – stereotypes, discrimination, social exclusion. as perceiving „otherness”, while pointing broad interests, passions, positive character traits, well negative attitudes society towards group possible consequences.
